We're Hiring: Twinfield Together Program Assistant

Twinfield Together Mentoring Program (TtMP) cultivates a culture of mentoring by supporting
mentoring relationships, youth leadership initiates, and  various community collaborations.  
Job Overview: The Program Assistant will collaborate with the TTMP Program Director to support mentoring relationships, enhance outreach and public relations for the mentoring program, and support school based programming.    
Hours: 10-15 hours a week, 2-3 days per week, depending on availability (position requires in-person work during the school day hours)
Pay: Between $18 -$20 per hour, depending on experience


Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Mentor middle school youth in hands-on service learning projects and student designed clubs.
  • Support mentoring matches in the school based mentoring programs with weekly on-sight check-ins.
  • Organize weekly activities for matches to access during the school day. 
  • Assist program director in telling the TtMP story through outreach materials and social media platforms. 
Qualifications: A successful applicant will possess an ability to collaborate and build relationships with youth, mentors, colleagues and program supporters. Applicants must demonstrate an ability to set appropriate boundaries with both youth and community partners, and be willing to share personal interests and skills that will engage youth in healthy activities. A degree or life experience in the areas of youth engagement, positive communication, social work, or education is a plus.
